There are regular strengths that help make a team great. Then there are awesome strengths, the one you bring to your team. You may not have recognised these as real strengths that help your team thrive and perform. It is important to name your strengths and know that you can call on them to help the whole team be successful. Which ones do you bring to your team?

We use the metaphor of a cat to identify your strengths. Cats work well individually, but they pounce to the next level of pawsome when their bigger cousins work together to take care of the whole pride. Winston is a real cat, and he is our Persian Chinchilla. He has a lot of strengths. Fur real! He picked out his strength card by sitting on it.
